It’s really fucked up that we’ve got artists called Joyer and Joyeria releasing music at the same time. It’s like someone intentionally set out to confuse the music bloggers of the world. Don’t do that! We’re already so easily confused! But it seems very unlikely that these two very different artists are working as some kind of indie-blog psyop. Joyer is a duo of two American brothers, and we posted their new song “At The Movies” earlier today. Joyeria, meanwhile, is a Polish-born, London-based songwriter who’s part of the extended Speedy Wunderground scene over there. See? Totally different. It’s fine. Nobody is trying to fuck with us. It’s just like when we had all those Wolf and Deer bands.
