Jeff Buckley Lands First Hot 100 Hit With 32-Year-Old Track

RIP Jeff Buckley, you would’ve hated TikTok, but at least you got a hit out of it. “Lover, You Should’ve Come Over,” from the late singer-songwriter’s only studio album Grace (1994), entered the Billboard Hot 100 this week at #97 after getting a major boost from TikTok. Not bad for a 32-year-old non-single! It’s Buckley’s first appearance on the Hot 100, coming nearly three decades after he tragically died of accidental drowning at age 30.
