Wednesday, we learned about a key piece of that programming: the Great American State Fair, a series of concerts on the National Mall. The performers list looked something like an I Love The ’90s Tour lineup, dotted with figures like Vanilla Ice, Milli Vanilli, C+C Music Factory, Young MC, and Poison’s Bret Michaels.
