Joseph Nash plays guitar in the London art-rock band Blue Bendy, but he also heads up a project called Dying 4, mixing together woozy, art-damaged emo with UK dance genres like garage and bassline. They’ll drop their debut EP Perish Songs two months from now. Nash has this to say about the origins of his peculiar style:
