Instead, back in 2024 she made a surprise appearance during a set from Ryan Beatty, her peer in chilled-out singer-songwriterdom. Last month, Clairo sang backup on a few songs from Beatty’s new album Sweet Fortune. And on Thursday night, Clairo once again took the stage alongside Beatty, performing two songs together for the first time in New York.
