Earlier this week, a 17-year-old fan accused Modest Mouse guitarist Simon O’Connor of sending inappropriate messages, sharing screenshots of those messages on Reddit. O’Connor addressed those allegations in a Reddit post of his own, claiming the he mistook the teenage girl’s Instagram account for someone else’s. Now, Modest Mouse say that O’Connor “will not be joining us on the upcoming tour.”
