Last year, bluegrass/Americana stars the Avett Brothers got together with an unlikely collaborator, Mike Patton from Faith No More and Mr. Bungle, to make an entire album called AVTT/PTTN. The trio, also operating under the name AVTT/PTTN, made their TV debut on Fallon. Last month, AVTT/PTTN launched a tour, where they’re playing Avett Brothers, Faith No More, and Mr. Bungle songs as well as the ones from the LP. On Wednesday night, AVVT/PTTN were back on TV, performing on KMML.
