About two years ago, Charli XCX and Troye Sivan announced plans for their Sweat Tour, an ambitious trip across the arenas of North America. At the time, there was speculation that they were leveling up too hastily, that the tour would be an embarrassing flop like so many of the others that have come up since. But then Brat Summer happened, and the tour became a sensation, a straight-up cultural event. Later this year, Charli XCX will return to America’s arenas, and nobody doubts her anymore.
