It’s been just over a decade since we lost Prince, and it feels like we’re only scratching the surface of the famously prolific artist’s vast archives of unheard music. Today, Prince’s estate releases Timeless, a new collection of rare and previously unreleased Prince recordings spanning his earliest moments in 1977 to his 2016 death. Most of those songs have been circulating for years, in one form or another, but at least one song on Timeless appears to be entirely new.
