The New Zealand-based sisters Clementine and Valentine Nixon are the two members of the dreamy duo Purple Pilgrims. They grew up between New Zealand and Hong Kong, and they’ve been making music together under the Purple Pilgrims name for the past 15 years. In that time, they’ve collaborated with people like the Chills and Roy Montgomery, and they’ve toured with Aldous Harding and Weyes Blood, among many others. Now, they’re getting ready to follow their 2023 album The Coin That Broke the Fountain Floor with a new one called Given To The Night.
