A lot has happened since Shygirl’s 2022 debut album Nymph, which was shortlisted for the 2023 Mercury Prize. The British up-and-comer went on Charli XCX and Troye Sivan’s massive Sweat Tour, showed up on the Brat remix album, released a bunch of EPs, starred in Charli’s The Moment and Madonna’s Confessions II – The Film, and most recently she rang in a new era with a song called “Alyse.” Now, she’s announcing her second album Swallow!
