Next month marks six years since Phoebe Bridgers’ seminal sophomore album, Punisher. Since then, the singer-songwriter has catapulted into fame. In 2022, she shared the song “Sidelines” and some melancholy Christmas tunes, and the following year boygenius released a Grammy-winning album and went on a huge tour, and then Bridgers practically disappeared into reclusion. Last night, she played her first show in three years. It was announced the day before, and it took place in Roswell, New Mexico.
