The appealingly unhinged LA buzz band untitled (halo) have made the jump from the Bandcamp underground to Dirty Hit, the same label as the 1975, and they’ll release their self-titled debut later this fall. On lead single “aimee lou wood freestyle,” they found some unexplored ground in between classic shoegaze and of-the-moment glitch-rap; it was cool as hell. Now, they’ve shared the album’s closing track “easy rider.”
